The present research effort emphasizes over the perpetuating and continuous isolation, segregation and remonstrance to inclusion of the scheduled tribes of India into mainstream development inertia and the factors that promulgate such exclusion in their case .The literature analysis gives an in depth understanding of the historical events that have cemented these tribes to such conditions of poverty, inaccessibility, economic and social primitiveness. It also includes public and government policy decisions as well as individual efforts towards these tribes inclusion and moreover it leads us to some important and pragmatic solutions and recommendations which can serve remove the present inadequacies towards holistic inclusion and ensure propagation of economic autonomy to the scheduled tribes while preserving their cultural idiosyncrasy.
