Abstract
The study assesses the nexus between digitalization, supply chain
management and the firms’ performance of SMEs in Kingston. The positivist
philosophical paradigm approach was adopted, hence the use of quantitative
method. The descriptive design was used. 200 participants participated in the
study with the use of stratified and convenient sampling techniques. Data
collected was then analyzed with the use of Statistical Package for Social
Science version 21. Findings of the study demonstrated a significant positive relationship
between all the three independent variables: digitalization, supply chain
management, digitalization and supply chain management and the dependent
variable SMEs’ performance. However, digitalization and supply chain management
strongly correlate SMEs’ performance. Practical implications and direction for
future studies are presented.
