Abstract
Urbanization and the
migration process will transform all aspects of modern rural areas, including
economics, culture, society, and lifestyle. To a certain extent, these can have
positive impacts that help farmers' career transition take place quickly, contribute
to improving people's material and spiritual lives, and narrow the gap between
farmers and farmers. villages, urban areas... However, the development of
urbanization and the migration process also brings unwanted impacts such as:
Changing the occupational structure and lifestyle of farmers, disrupting the
structure of farmers. rural structure, many employment problems, social evils
arise.
