Abstract
This research paper explores the concept of training
splits as a strategy for enhancing training efficiency and optimizing
performance in physical fitness and sports. Training splits refer to the
systematic division of a workout routine into different training sessions
targeting specific muscle groups or performance objectives. The purpose of this
study is to investigate the effectiveness of various training split approaches
and their impact on achieving fitness goals and athletic performance.
