14 year old male patient came to ENT department, MMC hospital, Muzaffarnagar, with complaint of slowly enlarging painful swelling on left side of the nose. A fixed solid, oval shaped 2 x2 cm swelling on left side of nasal bone seen on examination. Paranasal CT was done which revealed a defined lesion with sclerotic margins filled with radiopaque material. On the basis of investigations, surgical excision was planned considering the aesthetics of the patient. Post-surgery biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of osteoid osteoma. Patient was later followed up after 5 months.
