A study of subjective well-being among general and OBC community

Abstract
Efforts to measure wellbeing specially in western countries were based on assumption that it is dependent upon a set of needs which are common to all people. In a study, Personal wellbeing questionnaire was administered on 80 male (40 Rural & 40 Urban) and 80 Females (40 Rural & 40 Urban) of general & OBC community. 2X2X2 factorial analysis revealed that Rural people of reported more well-being than urban people. Similarly females reported more wellbeing than males.
