Abstract
Development of a comprehensive process is of economic, social, political and cultural dimensions. Political development is more of an ideological and ethnic burden than any other. One of the dimensions of political development is political participation. Women make up about 50 % of the population. Since men can't defend enough women's interests enough, women's participation in all political activities is a must as one can say that democracy is incomplete if women are in the political arena. The political participation of women does not mean the participation of women in elections and voting, but participation means that women in all democratic institutions have a defining role and the decision maker. While some of the political and cultural functions are determined by gender. The same mechanisms define women's participation in political, economic and scientific life. Development of a comprehensive process is of economic, social, political and cultural dimensions. We know that the United Nations has developed for the first time in the 1960 s, and economic growth is considered as the rate of the growth rate of a country. It is also recommended to third - world countries to try to become industrialized countries in terms of industrialization. However, it was also accepted that the good for development is beneficial for everyone.
