The main issue of thisstudyis labor relationships recomposition within an Ivorian company named COIC (Compagnie Ivoirienne de Coton) ontheground ofboth a fragile socio-political environment and a change of company management.Actually, COIC hassucceeded in setting up a proficient work organization to cope with yearsoflethargywhileoperating formerly underthe name of LCCI (Compagnie Cotonnière Ivoirienne), which was then sold out. Thus, the investigation we carried out has proved that COIC newmanagementteam set up àpolicy which brought nothing but broke down relationships between employers and employees of the company. Another aftermath of that policy is the growing of a buzzing environment fromthe employeesandtheir resort to informal channels of communication.
