Effect of competence and organizational commitment to organizational performance through job satisfaction Halla Corporation

This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational competence and commitment to organizational performance through job satisfaction. The study was conducted at the company Halla Corporation by sampling using a sample saturated with the involvement of 90 employees in all parts of the organization. Analysis of data using path analysis. The results showed that the competence and organizational commitment effect of the organizational performance through job satisfaction.
