Impact of motivation and stress on the psychology of women hockey players

Abstract
During the present study a total of 60 women hockey players were analyzed in order to know how the motivation and stress woks. From the obtained results, it was reported that there was a positive response with related to exercises among the players. It was concluded that exercises had a good impact on the motivation among the players. It was also reported that there was no significant differences between yoga exercises and autogenic training among the interuniversity women Hockey players.
