Zakari Aboubacar

In Niger, despite the existence of a policy for the advancement of women, their representation is a minority in several sectors. Nigerian women through forms of civil society organizations such as NGOs, non-profit NGOs are trying to change the situation of Nigerian women. They have through these organizations contribute to the improvement not only of their condition But also their place and social status. Thus, through the network of women for peace, contributed to the regulation but also to the management of the conflicts. It is certainly true that socio-cultural and religious constraints are the primary source of women's right hindrance. But its possible to conceal that the change cannot come from a real awareness by the Nigerian woman herself. What happens through the taking over of the issue by the female elites to awaken as by effect of training, the awareness of the rural masses. In fact, the significant proliferation of women's associative structures that contribute to the process of raising women's awareness suggests that the promotion of women's rights and probably on the right track in Niger.
