Abstract
Motivation is the method used as instrument to get team’s work better. Leadership is the “process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task”. Leadership is ultimately about creating a way for people to contribute to making something extra ordinary happen. Psycho principles are used to help leaders, team and organization successfully meat goals, increase profitability and enhance effectiveness. A leadership style provides direction, implement plans, and motivate people.
