Quality of Work Life’ is re-emerging where employees are seeking out more meaning. QWL has different meanings for different people. While some consider it industrial democracy or co-determination with increased employee participation in the decision making process, for others, particularly managers and administrators, the term denotes improvement in the psychological aspects of work to improve productivity. There is a significant correlation found among all these contributing factors that have positive effect on the overall quality of work life of the academicians.
