Towards new statute of the business man in OHADA right concerning general trade law of the enterprising in the Province of the Nord-Ubangi, DR Congo

The setting up of the new statute of the business man in OHADA right constitutes a way of formalization of the small economic activities that operates themselves in margin of right and has been conceived to favor the business men, physical people to the turnovers little important, that exercise their activities in the casual sector. The recipients of this new statute in the communal space in general and in the province of the North-Ubangi in particular, therefore the business men so much the formal sector that casual are again far from knowing that such a statute exists; and it, following the crying absence of information and sensitization of the recipients of says it statute. The results of this survey confirmed that three people only acquired this statute in the province of Nord-Ubangi since the year 2014, year of efficient application of the uniform acts of the OHADA on the territory of Democratic Republic of the Congo.
