Stress Affecting Psychological Aspects of Employees Working In Private Sector Banks

Abstract: Stress could simply be defined as an unpleasant emotion, which arises when people worry that they could not cope with excessive pressures or other types of demand placed upon them. The aim of the study is to analysis the physical and emotional effects on us and can create positive or negative feelings among employees working in private sector banks. The present research method is measurement base with survey of questionnaire that is placed on descriptive research. Findings show that the stress level has distinct impact on their psychological aspects of the employees that needed to be addressed by the policy makers to help the employees to work in a stress free environment.
