Abstract: Mixed connective disease a group of patients with overlapping clinical features of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), scleroderma, polymyositis and rheumatoid arthritis with presence of a distinctive antibody against what now is known to be U1-Ribonucleoprotein (RNP) .
